Tribal Mask

So I was wandering around New Haven and found someone running around wearing a Tribal Mask with the following specs:

Weight: 2 Stones
Curse Charges: 64
Strength Bonus -10
Dexterity Bonus -10
Intelligence Bonus -10
Physical Resist 3%
Cold Resist 6%
Poison Resist 10%
Energy Resist 5%
Strength Requirement 10
Durability 22/22

I ask the guy where he got it and he said he found it. While I was speaking to him, the curse charges were being used up, so I pointed this out and offered to buy it. He asked for an offer and I said 35k. He said he wanted a black dye tub and I said I didn't have one. He opened a trade window and I gave him 45k for it.

I put the mask in the bank and later when I signed on, the curse charges had gone back up to 75

Good buy, or no?

I found a vendor in Luna selling lots of the old items with charges for cheap. I bought a gorget with 80 spell reflection charges for 8k. Those things still work like they used to, don't they? Bounce the spell back and such...

I'm not sure if those old items work anymore, I'd love to get some spell reflection stuff for ElFBall. Back in the day it used to cause spells to just bounce off of you and back at the caster. Now I wonder if it will just cut your resists heh that would suck.

But still it is a rare item, I'd keep it.

Yes, the old items work. I always carry an invisably charged item with me, it helps when running from reds even though I have 100 hiding, you cant hide with them right there. But the biggest way that the invised items helps is to get my body back. I cant count how many times they have saved me from having to by a new bos.
Im pretty sure that all the spell charged items still work. The ones with protection cast the protection spell. etc...
